For the first time in their six year history, New Zealand will not be in the final. England, winning the semi-final 33-21, gets their fourth appearance in a final.
It came down to the last with minutes of the Semi-Final, as Wales reclaimed the lead and held on for the win 18-17. Wales moves on to the Final, as the defending champs head to the 3rd place game.
