The action continues with the flying 200m qualifying round of the women’s individual sprint featuring Anna Meares and Victoria Pendleton, the women’s team pursuit, women’s points race, the men’s kilometre time trial and first rounds of the men’s omnium competition.
In the CONCACAF Olympic Soccer Qualifying Trials, Team USA lost in a bloody and close game that went down to the final seconds. Even though the final score was 3 – 3, it was a must win game for the USA.
