The former overall champ, Nicole Hosp, finished with a time of 2:40.92. A Podium spot in the SC is not new for Hosp, as she also finished 2nd in the SC at St. Moritz in December.

2013 FIS Alpine Skiing World Championships: Schladming: Super Combined: Hoefl-Riesch wins world title

Maria Hoefl-Riesch (GER) became the only skier to win a gold medal in the SC as well as a world title in the SC, when she finished with a time of 2:39.92. Hoefl- Riesch was 4th after the downhill and able to stay ahead of Maze by .46 seconds.
