The LA Marathon is an annual running event held each spring in Los Angeles, California. The 26.219 mile (42.195 km) footrace, inspired by the success of the 1984 Summer Olympic Games, has been contested every year since 1986. This event airs 3/17 @ 3pmET/12pmPT.

We spoke with Joshua Cassidy after his winning of the Men’s Push Rim race in the 2012 Boston Marathon.
In the men’s race, coming up from behind, Korir passes Bernard Kipyego and Levy Matebo to lead the Kenya sweep at 2:12:40, 26 seconds.
In the Women’s race, Sharon Cherop lead a Kenya sweep by 2 seconds, at 2:31:50, ahead of Jemima Sumgong and Georgina Rono.
