Sylvain Chavanel (OmegaPharma) wins his second straight De Panne title during the 2013 Three Days of De Panne cycling race. Chavanel was ten seconds behind at the start of the time trial in 4th place, but grabbing the win gave him the GC win by 22 seconds over Alexander Kristoff (Katusha).
