2014 IAAF Diamond League: Lausanne, Switzerland

The Lausanne meeting is one of two IAAF Diamond League events to be held in Switzerland., alongside Zurich’s Weltklasse. Known as Athletissima, the meeting was first held in 1977 at the Stade Stade Pierre de Coubertin, but now takes place in the Stade de la Pontaise. Renowned the workd over for fast times on the track and a passionate crowd off it, the 2014 edition will be the 38th Athletissima and the fifth to be held as part of the IAAF Diamond League.
