The 31 year old Anthony Erwin managed to pull off another win today, finishing with a winning time of 49.14. Erwin won the 50m freestyle in yesterday’s competition.
Megan Romano finished with a winning time of 55.24, picking up her 3rd win in Charlotte. Shannon Vreeland finished in 2nd place.
Kaitlin Harty finished with a winning time of 2:10.38, beating her personal best time by 4 seconds. Megan Romano finished in 2nd place.
16 year old Kathleen Baker finished with a winning time of 2:14.46, beating her personal best time by 2 seconds. Annie Zhu finished 2nd.
Ryan Lochte finished with a time of 1:59.93 while Ryan Murphy went on to get the win finishing with a time of 1:59.93. Lochte took 3rd earlier in the 200IM.
The 11 time Olympic Medalist, Ryan Lochte, finished with a time of 2:01.56 as the win went to 19 year old Chase Kalisz who finished with a time of 1:59.66.
Annie Zhu won by the closest margin on the day, beating her second place opponent Laura Sogar by .01 seconds. Annie Zhu finished with a winning time of 2:27.16.
31 year old Anthony Ervin was the oldest competitor in the race today but that didn’t stop him from winning the race today, finishing with a time of 22.01.
Jessica Hardy finished with a winning time of 25.09, narrowly beating out Madison Kennedy and Megan Romano who tied for 2nd place. They trailed her by just .03 seconds.
The 17 year old Joseph Schooling finished with a winning time of 1:57.79 over 2nd place Tome Luchsinger, beating him by 1.01 seconds.
Andreina Pinto finished with a time of 2:12.40, beating out 2nd place Meredith Hover by .17 seconds.
Ryan Lochte finished with a time of 55.48 but it was not good enough to beat the winner of the event Andrew Teduits who finished with a time of 54.43.
For the third time the USA Olympic team swimming trials will take place in Omaha, where the team is preparing for the 2016 Games.
Olympic champ in the 100m, Nathan Adrian, beats the former 50m Olympic champ, Anthony Ervin, by .59 seconds. This was Adrian’s second win of the meet (100m free).
American swimming star Natalie Coughlin got the win in the 50m freestyle over Jessica Hardy by .48 seconds, with a time of 24.90 seconds.
Tyler Clary grabbed his second win of the day, winning by 1.15 seconds over Ryan Murphy.
With a great final turn, Ricky Berens moved into the lead and took the win with .68 seconds over Darian Townsend. Ryan Lochte was 6th.
After suffering defeat in the 200m freestyle, Missy Franklin, the world record holder, bounced back to win the 200m Backstroke. She won by 3.02 seconds over Elizabeth Pelton.
Katie Ledecky edges out Missy Franklin by .03 in the Women’s 200m freestyle, winning at 1:56.93.
Tyler Clary cruised to victory with a time of 4:24.90, winning by 1.47 seconds over Scott Weltz.
Marcin Tarczynski (POL) edges the silver medalist from the 2012 championships, Tom Shields (USA), by .16 seconds for the win.
Kelsi Worrell thought she had the win, but she was disqualified and Olympic medalist Claire Donahue gets the win by .22 seconds.
4×200 relay world champion Matt Mclean holds off his relay teammate Michael Klueh, who charged in the last lap, to win .26 seconds.
Newly-crowned 400m freestyle Olympic champion Katie Ledecky (USA) posts the world leading time at 4:05.21, winning by a big 6.51 seconds.
Natalie Coughlin had the lead for most of the race, but at the end she slipped to third as teenage sensation Missy Franklin scores the win by .33 seconds.

In a surpriser finish, the favorite Nathan Adrian finishes off the team in 3rd, as Cullen Jones gets the win at 21.59. Another surprise is that Anthony Ervin, after 12 years, the 2000 Olympic champ, returns to the games.
Phelps scores another individual event at 51.14 seconds, as Ryan Lochte comes up short. Lochte finished 3rd, .33 seconds behind Tyler McGill who gets the seconds spot.
Ledecky heads to her first Olympic games, along with Kate Ziegler, 2.09 seconds behind, who will be heading to her second.
