The Americans claim another soccer gold medal, beating their World Cup rivals Japan 2-1.
It took double over time to decide the winner – as USA moved on to the Gold Medal Final, finally beating Canada 4-3.
The 2012 Champions Trophy will be the 17th edition of the French Super Cup, which will be contested by Montpellier, the 2011–12 Ligue 1 champions and Lyon, the winners of the 2011–12 edition of the Coupe de France. (Full event replay)
