Ethiopian Boru Tadese won with a record time of 2:21:05. Her time beat the previous record, held by Tirfi Beyene, by more than 30 seconds.
Kenya’s Peter Some finished the race with a winning time 2:05:38, setting the second fastest time in the history of the Paris Marathon and breaking his personal best record by almost 3 minutes. Ethiopian Tadese Tola finished 2nd.

After a bad start Tyson Gay (USA) proved he was back in shape as he edges Gatlin (USA) at the line by .04 second. Christophe Lemaitre (FRA) took 3rd.
With a time of 12.40 seconds, Pearson (AUS) is the only one to win two races and takes the Diamond League lead. Virgina Crawford (USA) was 2nd.
Murielle Ahoure (CIV) takes the lead in the Diamond League, as Campbell-Brown (JAM) and Felix (USA) didn’t race, American Bianca Knight was 2nd.
Montsho gets her second win of the season at 49.77 and leads the Diamond League with 12 points. Christine Ohuruogu was 4th.

This event is the seventh stage of the Samsung Diamond League, falling just three weeks before the start of the Olympic Games in London. It will be a unique opportunity to see Tyson Gay, Justin Gatlin, Keston Bledman, Christophe Lemaitre and Jimmy Vicaut on the same track prior to the Games.
