Emerging from the excitement of the highly successful London 2012 Olympic Games, the 2013 ITU World Triathlon Series visits eight cities in four continents as the world’s top triathletes compete head-to-head to be crowned the 2013 ITU World Champion.

Sarah Takanashi was Japan’s top performer. Along with herself and teammates Yuki Ito, Daiki Ito, and Taku Takeuchi, they won with a total score of 1011. This was also Japans 1st medal at this years worlds.

The U.S. Women’s Soccer Team was in Sweden this past weekend for one of the final games before heading to London.
