For the second day in a row, Mark Cavendish (Sky) claimed another stage win, and with his bonus time, he claimed the General Classification lead as well, by 6 seconds.
For the third day in a row, it all came down to a sprint finish. This time, Mark Cavendish (Sky) grabbed the stage win, while Leigh Howard (Orica) claimed the GC lead. Both riders finished with the same time.
