Team Euskaltel rider Samuel Sanchez of Spain celebrates his victory on the final day of the Vuelta Al Pais Vasco. Sanchez’s win in the 18.9 km (11.8 mile) time trial with a time of 28 minutes 48 seconds clinched him a long awaited overall victory.
