As part of Universal Sports Network’s coverage of the 2014 Boston Marathon, the public will be able to view the LIVE marathon finish line web camera for the first time on USN.  Watch your favorite runners as they complete the legendary race in real-time (or post-race on-demand).  Starting at 10:30 am ET on Monday, April 21, visit www.universalsports.com to see the finish web camera live as the race takes place.  Viewers may also check back after the race to watch friends and family (or even themselves!) cross the finish line on Boylston Street.

How to find a runner on the finish line web camera:

POST-RACE:   Find finish line results at the BAA Results Tracking Page.

1.  Enter the information to obtain the result for any runner.

2.  Calculate the finish clock time by: adding the finish time (chip time), plus the Wave increment, plus the time taken to cross the start after the gun.*

* If you don’t know the time taken to cross the starting line after the start of the Wave, simply add chip time plus the Wave increment.  All runners should cross the start within 15 minutes of the start of their Wave.
