Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh made Olympic history by becoming the first duo in history to win three consecutive gold medals in Women’s Beach Volleyball. On their way to the gold medal, May-Treanor/Walsh won 32 straight sets before dropping one set to Doris and Stefanie Schwaiger of Austria in their final 2012 pool match. And in the first ever All-American final at the picturesque Horse Guards Parade venue, the pair defeated teammates Jen Kessy and April Ross and ended their Olympic career together with a perfect 21-0 record.

“Simply put, Misty and Kerri just plain dominate on the sand. Their overall confidence, athletic prowess and sportsmanship are great examples of just how good this sport can be.”
